This privacy policy explains how Kasrah("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you visit kasrahlabs.com(the "Site"). It applies to the Site only. Our mobile applications are governed by separate privacy policies.
What this Site is
The Site is an informational website for Kasrah. It includes our app portfolio, company information, a contact form, and legal pages. The Site does not require you to create an account.
Information we collect
We collect as little information as possible.
- Contact form. If you use our contact form, we receive your inquiry type (general or business), name, email address, optional subject, message, and company name when you select a business inquiry. We use this only to read and respond to your message.
- Email. If you email us directly (for example at apps@kasrahlabs.com), we receive the contents of your message and your email address.
- Technical data from hosting. Our hosting provider may automatically process limited technical data when you visit the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, referring page, and the date and time of your request. This is used to deliver the Site and maintain security and reliability.
What we do not collect on this Site
Based on how the Site is built today, we do not:
- Run advertising or behavioral tracking on the Site
- Use analytics services (such as Google Analytics) on the Site
- Use marketing cookies or similar technologies on the Site
- Offer user accounts or collect passwords through the Site
How we use information
We use information only to:

How contact form messages are sent
When you submit the contact form, your message is transmitted to our email inbox using Resend, a third-party email delivery service. Resend processes your message and email address only to deliver the email to us. We configure the form so you can reply to us directly from your email client (reply-to address). Cookies
The Site is not intended to place non-essential cookies on your device for tracking or advertising. Your browser may store strictly necessary technical data related to delivering pages. Fonts are loaded through our hosting setup; we do not use those services to profile visitors for marketing.
Third parties
We rely on service providers that process data on our behalf only to operate the Site, including website hosting and email delivery (Resend). Those providers are not permitted to use your data for their own marketing purposes. App-related services (such as app stores or subscription processors) are described in each app's privacy policy, not here.
Mobile applications

How long we keep information
We retain contact form and email messages only as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable business record-keeping. Hosting logs are retained for a limited period according to our hosting provider's practices, then deleted or aggregated.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided to us by email. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws; contact us and we will respond in good faith.
Children
The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Site.
