Safa is a minimalist breathing exercise app from Kasrah Labs. Follow timed breathing patterns with a gentle pulsing animation, optional haptic feedback, and optional daily reminders—no account required. Box Breathing and 4-7-8 are free; Safa Plus is a one-time unlock for extra patterns, custom routines, and session history.

Safa is for general wellness and relaxation. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Speak with a healthcare professional before starting any breathing practice if you have a medical condition.

• Guided breathing sessions — Timed inhale, hold, and exhale phases with a calming pulse animation. Pause or end a session anytime.
• Free patterns — Box Breathing and 4-7-8 with the full session experience, including animation and optional haptics.
• Optional haptics — Gentle vibration on phase changes when enabled; no data collected.
• Optional daily reminders — Schedule a local notification at a time you choose. Turn reminders off in the app or in system settings.
• On your device only — No accounts, ads, analytics, or cloud sync. Preferences stay in local storage on your phone.
• Safa Plus unlock — One-time in-app purchase ($4.99, price shown in the App Store) unlocks extra patterns (physiological sigh, resonance, Wim Hof prep, and more), custom breathing patterns, and session history with total minutes practiced. Pay once—no subscription. Restore purchases on a new device via Apple and RevenueCat.
